Description
The feeding of automatic packaging machines is generally divided into three imports: manual import, medicine bottle import, and machine packaging box import. The entire process from feeding the machine packaging box to packaging and forming can be roughly divided into four stages: unboxing, flipping, filling, and closing. The box lowering action usually involves a suction cup drawing a paper box from the feeding port of the paper box, descending onto the main line of the box, fixing the paper box with a guide rail clamp and flipping it open with a push plate. Together, there are two movable clamps that rise from below. In the early years, the direction of the suction cup catches the side surface of the paper box, causing the box to open at a right angle and move forward to the filling area. After filling in the filling area, the organization of the machine will fold the ears into the left and right guide rails, and then perform the closing action. Before closing, the organization will first bend the tongue of the cardboard box, and then a push plate will push the box cover to bend, allowing the tongue to fit into the box and secure the locking buckle. The closing action is a crucial action, and the quality of completion is closely related to the structure of the cardboard box and the accuracy of machine conditioning.
